Accommodation information

Jurys Inn Birmingham – ICM have negotiated a preferential rate of £115 inclusive of Breakfast and VAT per night. To book your accommodation, please email rachel@icm.org.uk with your requirements. ICM cannot guarantee availability or preferential rate after 16 January 2009. The hotel also offers on-site car parking, which is not included in the rate. 2008 rates currently stand at £10.20 for 24 hours.

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to rachel@icm.org.uk Cancellation of the hotel reservation will be accepted until 12 January 2009. We regret that the hotel costs cannot be refunded after 12 January 2009.

CHANGE OF BOOKING
Any change to a reservation must be made in writing to rachel@icm.org.uk and not directly to the hotel.
